However there can be no disagreement that offensive jihad is not totally prohibited, for two schools [of Islamic jurisprudence] have ruled that offensive jihad is permissible in order to secure Islam's border, to extend God's religion to people in cases where the governments do not allow it, such as the Pharaoh did with the children of Israel, and to remove every religion but Islam from the Arabian peninsula, and to save the captive and weak.

Actually, it's called sarcasm.
I was drawing similarities between the foreign and the familiar.
1. It's not foreign to me and this seed is not about comparing the two.
2. Christianity and Islam are labeled as religions. All similarities stop there.

Okay - you expressed sarcastic confusion.
1. It's not foreign to me and this seed is not about comparing the two.
It specifically says '2 schools of Islamic jurisprudence' have ruled a certain way. The question is then how many schools of thought are there that may not agree? Catholics certainly don't agree with Protestants.
If this was only posted on the 6th most popular Islamic website, what do the top 5 say?

Actually - they are both Abramaic religions. They are both practiced by people in many various cultures and locations around the planet, in all sorts of languages. I know it is crazy to then think they may be similar in being practiced differently - crazy me.

So you're saying that the information contained within the seed specifically talks about islam and not catholics or protestants?
If this was only posted on the 6th most popular Islamic website, what do the top 5 say?
I don't know...why don't you go check them all out, write up a report, and have it on my desk by 0530 hours...
Actually - they are both Abramaic religions.
If you know anything about islam, then you will know that is part of the sell...
They are both practiced by people in many various cultures and locations around the planet, in all sorts of languages.
