#2 - Mon Mar 21, 2011 1:47 AM EDTYup, I do one of the many issues in trying to debate the Muslims and Apologists is how often they reduce to name calling as a method to divert the issues and the focus off Islam. Even when using direct quotes from Islams on texts and words of the Prophet. Which is the obligation of a Muslim. And based upon the obligation it is at least understandable. And seeds like this are very helpful for many aware and not aware. Again great job getting this one up. I always enjoy your comments Have a good day.

The name calling is the only defense. When you present facts that contradict someone's internal belief system, it means that belief system is wrong. Since people don't like to view themselves as being "wrong", it must be your fault for providing the information that makes them feel that way. Logic doesn't help. In fact, the more logical you become, the more defensive they. Because they cannot contradict the nonsense we fondly call the quran, they can only resort to attacking and discrediting the source that revealed the information that made them realize they were wrong...
